Scan a card with your phone
Use your phone camera to scan barcodes and QR codes of gift cards.
Scan in-store
Scanning is the fastest way to look up or redeem a card.
- Open the app and tap Scan.
- Point the camera at the barcode or QR code.
- Check the card number and balance on the screen.
- Grant camera access when the app asks for it.
- Scanning not working? Enter the card number manually.
- In poor light: increase brightness or use manual entry.
