Understand the difference between issuing, redemption, and recognised revenue in the reports.
Interpreting reports
Kadova distinguishes the issuing flow from recognised revenue and outstanding obligations.
- Open Reports and choose the period and store.
- Issuing shows issued value; redemption shows consumption.
- Outstanding balance is the sum of remaining balances on active cards.
- Issuing creates an obligation, not direct revenue.
- Recognised revenue follows from bookings (redemptions plus expired unused credit minus refunds).
- Filter by store for branch-specific figures.
