Handling privacy requests
Customers can request access, rectification, or deletion through you.
- Find the customer by email or card number in Customers or order history.
- Export the relevant data as CSV or PDF for the request.
- Delete or anonymise where legally permitted; card transactions may be subject to retention obligations.
- Deletion does not erase financial transaction history you are required to keep.
- Document each request and your response for audit purposes.
- Forward complex cases to privacy@kadova.nl.
