CCV Shop connector (issue-only)
Connect CCV Shop to issue Kadova gift cards after paid orders. Checkout redeem via App Payment Service Provider stays gated.
Who does what

Wizard steps
- Tier — issue-only first. Full-redeem needs App PSP POC (partial + zero-total).
- Install — Webshop → Settings → CCV wizard →
ccv_shop:issue_only. - API key — encrypted; optional per-install webhook secret.
- Product mapping — gift-card order rows.
- Go-live — staging paid order → ledger
ccv:{orderId}; no double-issue on replay.
Forbidden shortcut
Do not treat CCV Pay Payment API alone as the Shop checkout path. Redeem must use App PSP when unlocked.

HMAC-SHA512 of body + public webhook address + secret.
