Gift cards

Create card batches and send to your printer

Create batches for physical cards, generate PDFs, and send them to your print partner.

Physical batches

Batches group cards for printing and later issue in-store.

  1. Open Gift cards → Batches and click New batch.
  2. Choose denominations, quantities, and the card template.
  3. Send the PDF to your printer or download it locally.
  • Set the printer email address under Settings → Organisation → Printer.
  • Only issue cards after receiving and checking the physical series.
  • The batch status shows progress from print to issue.
