Activate a digital gift card before first use when activation is required.

Follow the link in your gift-card email or scan the QR code to complete activation.
Steps
- Open the email or PDF you received.
- Click Activate or scan the QR code with your phone.
- Set a PIN if requested and save the card to your wallet.
- Present the code or wallet pass at checkout.
Expected outcome
The card is ready to spend at participating stores of the issuing brand.
Common issues
- Activation link expired — contact the store that sold the card.
- Kadova platform vs retailer — purchase questions go to the retailer, not Kadova support.
