Download invoices and billing history

Find PDF invoices and payment history for your Kadova subscription.

Quick answer

All subscription invoices are listed on the Billing page and in the billing portal.

Steps

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Scroll to Invoice history.
  3. Download PDF invoices for your accounting period.
  4. Update the billing email under settings if finance needs copies automatically.

Expected outcome

You have VAT-compliant invoices for each subscription charge.

Common issues

  • Missing company details on invoice — set legal name and VAT number in organisation settings first.
  • Need webshop settlements — those are under Reports, not subscription billing.
